Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be shipped back within this window. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, place a new order and return the original item following the process above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Order Finality
Once a return is approved and processed, the original order is considered closed.
Refunds, re-shipments, or adjustments are handled as new transactions and are not modifications of the original order.
