Shipping Availability
Online checkout is currently available for eligible shipping addresses within the United States.
Michael Stores is not currently able to sell or ship to Kansas. Alaska and Hawaii orders can check out with live FedEx carrier rates, but are not eligible for the free-shipping threshold.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Free shipping applies to eligible orders of $75.00 or more shipped within the contiguous United States.
Any shipping charge is shown before payment.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day where available
Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped.
Order Processing
Confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Processing includes order verification, inventory allocation, and preparation for shipment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
Order Confirmation & Payment
Orders are only confirmed after successful payment through secure checkout.
Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders that are not successfully completed at checkout are not created, reserved, or held.
Shipment & Tracking
Orders ship through FedEx.
Tracking information is provided once the shipment is created. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address changes can only be made before an order enters processing.
Cart & Checkout
Items added to your cart are not reserved and may become unavailable until checkout is completed.
Checkout sessions are time-limited. If a session expires, you may need to restart the checkout process.
Once an order is successfully completed, it is finalized and the cart is cleared. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after that point.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and high shipping volume.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
